Fruit peels and stone fruit determine the fragrance. On the tongue, its unique intensity comes into its own. The sweet nuances are perfectly balanced by the fruity aromas and the complex texture. The notes are slightly spicy with a hint of aniseed. On the finish, the rum is particularly mild and characterised by a light honey sweetness. Here the blend comes into its own once again. The long storage of the rum in oak barrels provides a rich texture and fine tips of molasses.
